Terms and Privacy

What this service is

AppFarmMagic is a dashboard for scheduling automations across iPhones that you own and physically control. We provide the control plane and an agent you install on your own Mac. We do not provide phones, accounts, or any hosted device.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the devices you connect and for what you do with them. That includes complying with the terms of any app or platform you automate. Many services restrict automated activity, and it is your decision whether your use is permitted by them.

You agree not to use the service to:

• operate devices or accounts you do not own or are not authorised to control
• send unsolicited messages, or create fake engagement for hire
• break the law in your jurisdiction or the ones you operate in

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used for the above.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for anyone you invite into your workspace. Agent tokens grant control over enrolled devices, so treat them as credentials.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plans set how many devices you may enrol. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month, and we will tell you before any price change takes effect for you.

Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled runs depend on your own hardware being awake and online, which is outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that remove something you rely on.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for anything that happens to your devices or third-party accounts as a result of automations you configure. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and a Google account identifier, received when you sign in.
• Workspace data. Device names and identifiers, schedules, and the logs of runs.
• Media you upload. Files you add for posting tasks, stored until you delete them.
• Billing data. A Stripe customer identifier and your subscription state. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

What we deliberately do not collect

Device passcodes stay on your own machine. There is no field for them in our database and the agent never sends them to us. We also never receive credentials for any app you automate: those are entered on the phone, by you.

How it is used

To run the service: authenticating you, scheduling work, showing you what happened, and billing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your media or logs to train models.

Who else sees it

• Google, for authentication
• Stripe, for payments
• Cloudflare, for media storage
• Our hosting provider, for the servers this runs on

Each workspace is isolated at the database level, so one customer's queries cannot reach another's rows.

Retention

Run logs are kept while your workspace exists. Deleting media removes it from storage. Closing your account deletes your workspace and its data; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is processed. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
